- International orders may incur customs duties or service fees, which Euphonia cannot control or predict. Please check with your local customs office for more information, as we cannot reimburse these charges.

Track your Order
We strive to ensure the timely delivery of your orders. Track your shipment online using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, which you can utilize to monitor your parcel's journey through our website's 'Order Tracking' page, conveniently located under the 'More' Navigation tab. Please allow 24-48 hours for the link to activate after receipt.
LOST PACKAGES
For cases of lost or damaged packages and formal tracking shows that shipment it is delivered, relevant proof from the local postal service is required for Euphonia to proceed with compensation and reshipment.
PARCEL(S) FAILED TO BE DELIVERED
Any costs for returning or resending the parcel are the recipient’s responsibility. These costs will follow the standard shipping rates specified above.
Once we have received the returned parcel, our team will reach out to the recipient. The recipient can then pay for the parcel to be resent.
