Return & Exchange

All sales are final and goods cannot be refunded or exchanged unless you receive a faulty item or the wrong item. Faulty items do not include scratches, damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If you are dissatisfied due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days with appropriate proof (images, videos, etc.), and we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Deliberate damage to items is not covered under Euphonia's return and exchange policy.
  • Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and not eligible for return and exchange.
  • If the purchased item is out of stock or discontinued, Euphonia reserves the right to replace it with a product of equal value, the shipping fee will be covered by Euphonia.
